COURSE: Drinks DIFFICULTY: Easy SERVINGS: 1 Ingredients ▢ 2 cups spinach, kale, or other dark greens ▢ 1-2 plum tomatoes ▢ 1 rib celery coarsely chopped ▢ ½ red bell pepper quartered ▢ 1 tablespoon red onion chopped ▢ 1 garlic clove (optional) ▢ ½ jalapeño pepper seeded (optional) ▢ 2 teaspoons lemon juice ▢ 1 apple cored and quartered ▢ 2 teaspoons chlorella (optional) ▢ 1 ¼ inch fresh turmeric (or 1/4 tsp ground) ▢ ½ cup ice cubes Instructions Combine all the ingredients with 2 cups of water in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to large glasses and serve.
