Lori Alton via NaturalHealth365 – Disturbing research shows that electromagnetic fields from WiFi – a hazard in their own right – accelerate the release of mercury from fillings, further increasing the threat to health. Mercury, commonly used in dental amalgam fillings, is one of the most toxic substances on the planet. And, although the American Dental Association continues to insist that mercury-based ‘silver’ fillings are safe, natural health experts have long warned that micro-levels of this highly-toxic substance can be released into the body, with grave health consequences. Disturbing research shows that electromagnetic fields from WiFi – a hazard in their own right – accelerate the release of mercury from fillings, further increasing the threat to health. This research has some alarming implications – let’s look at how you can protect yourself. Amalgam fillings set the stage for a ‘biological train wreck,’ according to many holistic healthcare providers Although exposure to mercury can occur through the environment, vaccines, and contaminated foods, the main source of exposure is dental amalgam fillings – which contain 50 percent elemental mercury. Mercury vapors, which are tasteless, odorless, and colorless, can be released upon chewing or exposure to hot foods. And mercury exposure is associated with a mind-boggling list of ills … For example, chronic mercury exposure has been linked to autism, behavioral problems, metabolic disorders, and neurological problems. Low-level exposure can even create severe oxidative stress and impair the function of the mitochondria. Mercury can also destroy the protective myelin sheath that covers the nerves and interfere with detoxification by depleting glutathione, the body’s ‘master antioxidant.’ In addition, mercury exposure decreases stores of the cancer-fighting minerals sulfur and selenium, along with N-acetyl-cysteine and lipoic acid, while increasing LDL cholesterol levels and pro-inflammatory chemicals. Exposure can also disrupt intestinal flora, contributing to digestive disorders such as “leaky gut.” Groundbreaking WiFi study is the first of its kind The research shows that electromagnetic frequencies (EMFs) produced by wireless technologies such as cell phones, laptops, tablets, and microwave ovens can accelerate and intensify mercury release. The study also suggests that routine medical procedures, such as magnetic resonance imaging (MRIs) and X-rays, are other culprits in quickening mercury release. To conduct the study, researchers placed 20 extracted, mercury-filled human teeth in artificial saliva and exposed 10 of them to 20 minutes of radiofrequency radiation from a standard laptop computer operating at 2.4 GHz. Researchers then measured the mercury levels in the artificial saliva surrounding the teeth. They found that the levels in the fluid of the unexposed teeth were .026 milligrams per liter, compared to .056 for the mercury-filled teeth, reflecting a doubling of the mercury release. The research, published in the Journal of Environmental Health Science and Engineering, was the first to evaluate the effects of WiFi signals on the release of mercury from dental fillings. Warning: Cell phone use and MRIs put your health at risk The study built on earlier research evaluating the effects of cell phone and MRI exposure on dental fillings. In one study, participants were randomly divided into two groups, with one group receiving standard dental restoration work using mercury amalgam. Both groups were then exposed to 30 minutes of magnetic resonance imaging. The participants who received dental work had dramatically higher mercury concentrations in their saliva than the control group. In a secondary phase of the study, which involved participants with no prior history of cell phone use or mercury fillings, researchers found that radiation from several days of cell phone use also accelerated the release of mercury from newly acquired dental fillings. Within a 2014 study published in the International Journal of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, participants with silver fillings who were exposed to MRIs experienced three days of raised urinary mercury levels compared to a control group. Natural interventions can help protect against mercury exposure To minimize the risk of mercury exposure, holistic healthcare providers advise some fairly obvious things, such as avoiding the threat (as much as possible) by getting dental amalgam fillings properly removed by a trained, biological dentist – as soon as possible. Additionally, do your best to avoid excessive exposure to WiFi radiation by having every electronic device you use properly ‘hard-wired’ and ditching the ‘comfort’ of wireless technology. In addition, it’s a great idea to add probiotic foods to your diet, such as yogurt, or get a high-quality probiotic supplement with live cultures. These can help restore intestinal microbiota balance, while Brazil nuts and pine nuts can boost stores of zinc and selenium. Other good choices are organic fruits and vegetables, which are high in carotenoids and protective antioxidants. Eat foods that promote glutathione production — such as avocados, Brussels sprouts, and broccoli. Studies have shown that omega-3 fatty acids, such as DHA, can help protect the brain, nervous system, and kidneys from the effects of mercury. Using fish oil supplements – opt for a molecularly distilled formulation – can help you get the benefits of DHA while bypassing the risk of mercury accumulation in fish. R-alpha lipoic acid helps protect against oxidative stress while also helping to preserve glutathione, two important parameters in protecting against mercury toxicity. Studies have shown that taking lipoic acid before mercury exposure can reduce toxic effects. Finally, when it comes to the ‘safer’ use of your cell phone, use texting instead of calling, and don’t carry or store a cell phone near or on your body. Naturally, avoiding exposure to EMFs is particularly important if you are pregnant, as unborn children are the most susceptible to mercury exposure.

Lori Alton via NaturalHealth365 – Research has shown that people suffering from an autoimmune condition virtually always have low levels of GSH. More than 100 different health problems – including joint and skin pain, blood sugar imbalances, and gut disorders – have an autoimmune component that turns into the immune system attacking the body’s organs, tissues, and cells. A major cause of all this pain and suffering is the ever-increasing barrage of environmental toxins and stressors depleting our bodies’ stores of glutathione. (often referred to as GSH) Important point: Research has shown that people suffering from an autoimmune condition virtually always have low levels of GSH. Conversely, having optimal levels of this “master antioxidant” can help modulate immune system reactions and reduce the risk of problems. Step one: What is the purpose of glutathione (GSH)? Glutathione, the body’s most powerful antioxidant, is a powerful detoxifier that binds to toxins and helps eliminate them. GSH is critical for immune function and for controlling inflammation and oxidative damage. Proper GSH activity modulates cell proliferation and protects mitochondria, the cells’ “powerhouses.” It also helps to promote peak physical functioning while increasing muscle tone and stamina. Don’t forget: the body’s ability to prevent – and recover from – chronic health issues depends on its ability to produce and maintain high levels of this life-sustaining molecule. GSH is synthesized in the body from the amino acids cysteine, glycine, and glutamine. While the body produces lavish amounts in youthful years, glutathione levels tend to decline as a normal part of the aging process. Keep in mind that many factors drain GSH from the body, including pharmaceutical drugs, environmental pollutants, hormonal imbalances, lack of sleep, obesity, a sedentary lifestyle, poor diet, and alcohol use. Reduce the risk of immune system “flare-ups” Glutathione exists in the body in two forms: reduced GSH and oxidized GSH. Reduced glutathione is the form that actively combats free radicals. However, in the process, it gains an extra unpaired electron and becomes unstable, turning into oxidized glutathione. An enzyme known as glutathione reductase triggers the conversion back to its usable form. Many natural health experts maintain that oxidized glutathione must be recycled back into reduced glutathione to manage autoimmune disorders. In fact, studies have shown that promoting glutathione recycling helps regulate the immune system, reduce the autoimmune response, promote tissue recovery, and even heal “leaky gut.” In order to boost healthy glutathione recycling, the first order of business is to reduce the stressors that threaten glutathione levels. Some steps you may need to take include balancing blood sugar levels, addressing food intolerances, reducing your exposure to environmental toxins and pesticides, managing adrenal function, re-balancing the gut microbiome, and adopting an organic diet. Of course, it’s wise to consult with a holistic physician or health coach to help you decide. Selected supplements and natural compounds can enhance the body’s ability to recycle glutathione You can support glutathione recycling with N-acetyl-cysteine (NAC), a biologically available form of cysteine that is rapidly turned into intracellular glutathione. Cell studies have shown that pretreatment with NAC raises glutathione levels in older cells while helping to reduce cell death. Alpha-lipoic acid helps to reverse depletion of glutathione that can occur as a result of stress, while the amino acid glutamine – a precursor to glutathione – can boost levels as well. Cordyceps, a medicinal fungus commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine, has been shown to protect cells by engaging the GSH enzyme cycle. In addition, studies have shown that an herb known as gotu kola (or Centella asiatica) can increase levels of GSH peroxidase. Finally, milk thistle extract can increase GSH recycling and help improve the ratios of reduced to oxidized GSH. Promote glutathione recycling with natural nutrients Eating moderate amounts of organic Brazil nuts, sardines, cage-free eggs, grass-fed beef, and spinach can raise levels of selenium, an antioxidant trace mineral essential for GSH recycling. Natural health experts also recommend organic, undenatured bio-active whey protein – a great source of cysteine – to enhance GSH production and recycling. Eating plentiful amounts of sulfur-containing foods, such as organic broccoli, garlic, onions, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, and kale, can decrease oxidative stress and boost glutathione levels. Foods rich in B-complex vitamins, such as 100% grass-fed beef liver, organic pinto beans, lentils, and garbanzo beans, can aid the methylation process, which is essential to the production and recycling of GSH. Naturally, foods rich in vitamin C – like organic oranges, bell peppers, and strawberries – help convert oxidized GSH to its active form. And vitamin E – found in organic sunflower seeds and spinach – preserves enzymes that protect glutathione. In addition to helping to alleviate autoimmune conditions, GSH can be instrumental in helping to prevent blood sugar issues and neurodegenerative problems. It is difficult to think of a substance that is more vital to human health. Glutathione is simply too important to take for granted, and preserving and protecting it can pay off in major health ways.

Sara Middleton via NaturalHealth365 – Your handy hand sanitizer could increase the amount of BPA absorbed through your skin. How many of you have ever taken advantage of the free hand sanitizer that cashiers leave at the checkout counter? How many of you keep a bottle in your car or purse for a quick squirt before sitting down to a meal? While your intent may be in the right place – to kill harmful bacteria and viruses that you may come in contact with in your day-to-day life – you could suffer an unintended consequence, according to a scientific paper. Specifically, your handy hand sanitizer could increase the amount of BPA absorbed through your skin. Recent research highlights even more concerns, particularly for children. Their study reveals that chemical-based hand sanitizers pose risks such as skin irritation, hypoglycemia, and acidosis and may also contain harmful contaminants such as methanol, benzene, and acetaldehyde. These contaminants can have toxic effects through ingestion, inhalation, or dermal absorption. Using hand sanitizer makes it easier for a harmful chemical to get into your bloodstream, research shows Conventional hand sanitizer usually contains about 65-90% alcohol along with other chemicals, many of which are potentially harmful in their own right. In a paper published in PLOS One, the researchers discovered that people who used hand sanitizer and then touched receipts had significantly higher blood serum and urine levels of another harmful chemical, BPA. Specifically, hand sanitizer use was associated with a 100-fold increase in BPA absorption. Why is this so? It turns out that skin care products like hand sanitizers are explicitly designed to make the skin more permeable. So every time you pump a bit of the product into your palm, you’re potentially opening the gates to toxic chemicals … even if most (though never all) of the germs on you will be killed. Sounds like a tough trade-off. The serious problem with BPA and a few tips for keeping your hands clean without the need for hand sanitizers In case you don’t remember, BPA (bisphenol A) is a chemical found in plastics and can easily leech into the products they contain – water, food, infant formula, etc. Here’s why we don’t want BPA in our bodies: Endocrine disruptors The chemical is a known endocrine disruptor, which means it mimics and/or disrupts the function of key chemical messengers in the body, including estrogen. This can lead to everything from reproductive health issues to bone health issues. In fact, animal and human research has linked BPA exposure to issues like cognitive impairments, male and female infertility, and impotence. Of course, communicable bacteria and viruses can also harm your health, and it’s well-established that healthier hands mean healthier bodies. So, what’s a health-conscious consumer to do? First, wash your hands with soap and water whenever possible, especially if your hands are visibly dirty. This tried-and-true practice is still deemed the best way to reduce the spread of germs. If you can, opt for natural soaps and skin care products that are gentle on your skin, effective, and free of harmful additives like parabens and phthalates. These additives can also disrupt hormone function or even increase the risk of cancer. And if you’re out shopping, consider asking for an emailed-only receipt. Editor’s note: The best way to remove phthalates is to sweat. Discover a way to own your own at-home personal sauna to remove unwanted toxins safely and effectively.

Dr. Don Colbert – Millions of people in the U.S. unknowingly suffer from parasites, yet they are often overlooked by conventional medicine. Fatigue, brain fog, bloating, and even mood swings may not be random – they may be signs that something far more insidious is draining your energy from within. 🧬 The Magnitude of the Problem According to the CDC, over 60 million Americans are chronically infected with Toxoplasma gondii, a common parasite found in undercooked meat and contaminated water. And that’s just one type. Intestinal parasites like Giardia lamblia, pinworms, hookworms, and tapeworms are also widespread—and often undiagnosed. A 2014 study in the American Journal of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene revealed that many parasitic infections in the U.S. go undetected due to limited screening practices. ⚠️ Overlooked Symptoms of Parasitic Infection Could parasites be causing your symptoms? Chronic fatigue or low energy Gas, bloating, constipation, or diarrhea Unexplained skin rashes or acne Nighttime teeth grinding or insomnia Brain fog or poor focus Mood changes, anxiety, or irritability Weight fluctuations These symptoms are often misdiagnosed as IBS, anxiety, or food sensitivities—when parasites may be the real root cause. 🧠 The Gut-Brain-Parasite Axis Emerging research shows parasites don’t just affect digestion—they can influence brain function. A 2015 study published in Proceedings of the Royal Society B found that chronic Toxoplasma infection may alter neurotransmitters and affect behavior. Parasites can also: Increase inflammation in the gut Disrupt the microbiome Deplete essential nutrients All of which contribute to fatigue, anxiety, and mental fog. 🛡️ Top 10 Doctor-Recommended Ways to Prevent and Eliminate Parasites Naturally Rather than relying solely on pharmaceuticals, many integrative practitioners—like Dr. Don Colbert—recommend a more natural, gentle parasite cleanse that supports the body’s detox systems while addressing both exposure risks and internal imbalances. Here’s how to protect yourself and actively cleanse your system: 1. 🧼 Wash Hands Before Meals and After Handling Pets Parasite eggs can transfer from contaminated surfaces, pet fur, soil, or litter boxes to your mouth—especially if you don’t wash your hands consistently. This is one of the most overlooked yet common pathways for parasite transmission. 👉 Wash your hands thoroughly with warm water and soap for at least 20 seconds, especially: Before eating or preparing food After using the bathroom After touching pets, soil, or raw meat 2. 🔥 Cook Meat Thoroughly and Avoid Raw Pork or Wild Game Undercooked or raw meats—particularly pork, venison, and wild-caught game—can harbor harmful parasites like Trichinella, Taenia (tapeworms), and Toxoplasma gondii. ✅ Internal temperature guide: Pork: 145°F + 3-minute rest Ground meat: 160°F Wild game: 165°F Avoiding raw meat dishes or undercooked sushi made with pork or game is especially important if you’re immunocompromised or actively detoxing. 3. 💧 Filter Your Drinking Water—Especially Well Water Parasites like Giardia and Cryptosporidium are resistant to chlorine and can be found in untreated well water, mountain streams, and even some public systems. 👉 To reduce your risk: Use a high-quality water filter that removes parasites, bacteria, and protozoa Boil water when camping, traveling, or after natural disasters Consider regular testing if you use private well water 4. 🥬 Wash Produce with a Veggie Rinse or Diluted Vinegar Fruits, herbs, and leafy greens can carry parasite eggs from contaminated soil, water, or fertilizer—especially if eaten raw. ✅ Best practices: Use a veggie-safe wash or soak produce in a mix of 1 part vinegar to 3 parts water Scrub root vegetables like carrots or beets Rinse all produce thoroughly, even organic items 5. 🌍 Travel with Natural Antimicrobials (Like Garlic or Oregano Oil) Traveling to tropical or developing countries? New environments often expose you to unfamiliar pathogens in food, water, or even insect bites. 🧳 To protect your gut while traveling: Bring natural antimicrobials like oregano oil capsules, garlic supplements, or clove oil Consider a daily probiotic to support your gut lining Drink only filtered or bottled water, and avoid raw produce in high-risk areas 🌿 Natural Remedies to Cleanse the Body of Parasites Rather than relying solely on pharmaceuticals, Dr. Colbert recommends a natural, gentle cleanse that supports your entire detox system: 6. 🌿 Wormwood This bitter herb has been used for centuries to expel intestinal parasites and worms. It contains compounds like thujone, which have been studied for their anti-parasitic effects against Plasmodium and helminths. 7. 🧄 Garlic Garlic is rich in allicin, a sulfur compound that exhibits broad-spectrum antimicrobial, antifungal, and antiparasitic activity. 👉 It may help: Reduce active parasite load Inhibit reproduction of parasite eggs Support immune defense during cleansing 8. 🍃 Oregano Oil Oregano oil is one of the most potent plant antimicrobials. A 2000 study published in Phytotherapy Research showed oregano oil helped eradicate parasites in humans with gastrointestinal infections. 👉 It’s also: Antibacterial and antifungal Helpful in restoring gut balance Easy to take while traveling or cleansing 9. 🌀 Fiber for Colon Cleansing During a cleanse, fiber helps sweep out dead parasites, eggs, and toxins from the digestive tract, while also supporting healthy elimination. ✅ Dr. Colbert recommends: 👉 Fiber Zone – a delicious, psyllium-based prebiotic fiber blend that nourishes the gut and promotes regular detox support. 10. 🧬 Milk Thistle for Liver Detox As parasites die, they release toxic byproducts that your liver must process and eliminate. That’s why liver support is critical during any parasite cleanse. One of the most powerful and well-studied herbs for liver health is milk thistle. Rich in the compound silymarin, it has been shown to: Support liver cell regeneration Protect the liver from oxidative stress Enhance detoxification enzymes Help stabilize liver enzymes during toxic load [7] 🔁 For comprehensive liver support, consider combining milk thistle with other botanicals like Divine Health Nano-Glutathione Spray, NAC, alpha lipoic acid, or beet extract—found in Dr. Colbert’s Liver Gallbladder Cleanse. 💊 What Makes Dr. Colbert’s Liver Gallbladder Cleanse Unique? Divine Health’s Liver Gallbladder Cleanse is formulated with a synergistic blend of detox-supporting ingredients that go beyond milk thistle alone: Ingredient / Purpose Milk Thistle Extract (250 mg) / Regenerates and protects liver cells N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine (NAC) (1000 mg) / Boosts glutathione, the body’s master antioxidant Alpha Lipoic Acid (600 mg) / Recycles antioxidants and supports liver detox Organic Beet Root (600 mg) / Stimulates bile flow to aid gallbladder function Artichoke Extract (125 mg) / Promotes bile production and fat digestion Selenium (100 mcg) / Supports thyroid and liver enzyme activity This combination is ideal for: Supporting phase I and II liver detox pathways Enhancing glutathione levels during a cleanse Assisting with fat metabolism and gallbladder function Managing oxidative stress during pathogen die-off ✅ This formula is especially beneficial during a parasite cleanse when your detox pathways are under extra demand. 👉 You can find all of these ingredients in Dr. Colbert’s Liver Gallbladder Cleanse — a core component of a complete cleansing protocol. 🛡️ The Gentle Cleanse Protocol A typical integrative parasite cleanse may include: Herbs: Wormwood, garlic, oregano oil, black walnut, and clove Fiber: Daily intake of psyllium or plant-based fiber like Fiber Zone Liver support: Milk thistle, dandelion, leafy greens Immune boosters: Zinc, vitamin C, probiotics 🙏 Final Thoughts If you’re dealing with ongoing symptoms—despite clean labs and diets—don’t rule out parasites. Many people find that once they address this root cause, their energy, clarity, and digestion improve dramatically. “Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.” – 3 John 1:2 📚 References CDC on Toxoplasmosis Ajjampur SS et al.

American Chemical Society via EurekAlert! – Researchers monitored the nanoparticles produced from scented wax melts using lab equipment set up inside a model home. Traditional candles vs. Scented wax melts As traditional candles burn, they can contribute to indoor air pollution by emitting volatile compounds and smoke, which may pose inhalation risks. Scented wax melts are often marketed as safer alternatives to candles because they’re flame- and smoke-free. But in a study in ACS’ Environmental Science & Technology Letters, researchers describe how aroma compounds released from the melted wax can react with ozone in indoor air to form potentially toxic particles. Previous research has shown that scented wax melts emit more airborne scent compounds than traditional candles. The direct heating of the wax maximizes its surface area, thereby releasing more fragrance – such as volatile organic compounds (VOCs) made of hydrocarbons – into the air. Researchers know that these chemicals can react with other compounds in the air to form nanometer-wide particles, which have been linked to negative health effects when inhaled. However, the potential for nanoparticle formation during wax-melt use was unknown. So, Nusrat Jung, Brandon Boor and colleagues set out to investigate this process using wax melts in a full-scale house model that mimicked a typical residential house. Experiments on 15 commercially available wax melts The researchers conducted experiments on 15 commercially available wax melts, both unscented and scented (e.g., lemon, papaya, tangerine and peppermint), in the model house. They first established a baseline of indoor air pollutants and then switched on the wax warmer for about 2 hours. During and after this period, the researchers continuously sampled the air a few yards (meters) away from the wax melts and found airborne nanoparticles, between 1 and 100 nanometers wide, at levels that were comparable to previously reported levels for traditional, combustion-based candles. These particles could pose an inhalation risk because they are small enough to pass through respiratory tissues and enter the bloodstream, say the researchers. Literature data Additionally, using literature data, the team calculated that a person could inhale similar amounts of nanoparticles from wax melts as from traditional candles and gas stoves. Previous studies have found exposure to high levels of nanoparticles in indoor air can be linked to health risks like decreased cognitive function and increased prevalence of childhood asthma. The experiments In the experiments, the main VOCs emitted from the wax melts were terpenes, such as monoterpenes and monoterpenoids. The researchers identified that the airborne terpenes reacted with ozone and formed sticky compounds, which aggregated into nanoscale particles. However, after warming an unscented wax melt, the team observed no terpene emissions or nanoparticle formation, which suggests that these aroma compounds contribute to nanoparticle formation. The researchers say this study challenges the perception that scented wax melts are a safer alternative to combustion-based candles; however, they emphasize that more toxicology research is needed on the risks of breathing in nanoparticles formed from wax melts. A deeper analysis by the researchers of how airborne nanoparticles form indoors from volatile scent compounds was published in 2024 in ACS ES&T Air.

Dr. Josh Axe, DC, DNM, CN via Dr. Axe – Mouthwash is a rinse that is used to kill bacteria and germs in the mouth. It is not intended to be swallowed. According to the American Dental Association, there are two main types of mouthwash: cosmetic and therapeutic. The therapeutic version can be purchased both over-the-counter and by prescription and many may help control plaque, gingivitis, bad breath, and tooth decay. Cosmetic mouthwash, or mouth rinse, can help temporarily by staving off bad breath, but usually there is no other benefit ‚ so it’s almost like a minty chewing gum, only as a rinse. (1) Is mouthwash safe to use? While you don’t swallow it, anything that touches the skin or body can get absorbed. Some over-the-counter mouthwash options contain ingredients that can cause organ system toxicity, for example. The active ingredient, methyl salicylate, in many commercial mouthwashes may cause developmental/reproductive toxicity. It is important to note that doctors advise that children under the age of 6 years should not use mouthwash unless under proper supervision since they may swallow the mouthwash. (2) Now that you have a little mouthwash background, perhaps making your own mouthwash is the way to go. It is so easy and you will avoid unnecessary chemicals getting into the body. Also, if gingivitis is a problem for you, try my homemade mouthwash for gingivitis, bad breath and even use as a mouthwash for whitening your teeth. A natural mouthwash has many advantages, and by using some essentials oils, you can naturally cleanse your teeth and gums in no time. Let’s delve into how to make a DIY mouthwash. How to Make Homemade Mouthwash Using a mason jar or BPA-free plastic bottle, add the spring water, calcium carbonate powder and the trace minerals. Mix with a spoon. Using spring water helps eliminate any bacteria that could come from regular tap water and since we are not using preservatives, that is important. Keeping those pearly whites healthy, in addition to keeping your gums healthy, is critical. (3) Trace minerals offer excellent antioxidants, which helps repair cell damage. (4) Next add the essential oils. Peppermint essential oil obviously provides fresh breath, but why not get the benefits of antimicrobial properties while you’re at it. And spearmint essential oil, being a relative of peppermint, does the same thing while adding a nice taste to your mouthwash. Spearmint also helps fight gingivitis. Tea tree essential oil is a great alternative for good oral health since it helps fight bacteria and gingivitis. It also eases any inflammation that may be present in the mouth ultimately helping speed along the healing process. Lemon essential oil helps add a little whitening sparkle to your teeth. While you don’t want to overdo it, this is a great way to keep those teeth on the whiter side without having to go for the chemical versions. If you need a little sweetness, you can add pure liquid stevia. Put the lid on and give it a good shake or two. To use take a small sip, then swish your homemade mouthwash around in your mouth, gargling periodically for 20–30 seconds. Then spit out. Do not swallow. You can store it in a dark place or the fridge. Homemade Mouthwash with Essential Oils Author: Dr. Josh Axe Total Time: 5 min Yield: 40 uses 1x Most store-bought mouthwash has many ingredients that aren’t good for you. Instead, make your own mouthwash! It’s easy and can offer additional benefits with these essential oils.
